Probably located about a dozen kilometers from Lesemdan, Rohob was the capital of the Aramean kingdom of Syria[3]. The city was hostile to David. The Bible[4] locates it in Lebanon, in the region of Tel Dan. The exact location of the city remains unknown to this day. Some have conjectured it might be at the site of the present-day Hunin, west of Banias[5].
