Atheism
See the antonym: Faith, conviction.
Atheism is the belief according to which there is no God, nor creator of the world.
In "The Gospel as It Was Revealed to Me"
- Atheism of bad philosophers opposed to the elevation of great philosophers, who knew how to strive towards God.[1]
- Discourse of Sintica: "I understood how far the Greek masters had come and how afterwards they got lost, because they lacked one data, just one, to exactly solve the theorem of Life and Death. This data: the True God, Lord and Creator of all that exists!"[2]

- Catechesis of June 19, 1943: "The demons obey and sow horror and despair, extinguish faith, strangle hope, destroy charity. On the ruins, they sow hatred, lust, Atheism. They sow hell. And they succeed because they find the ground already fertile."[3]
- Catechesis of August 1, 1943: "And what do they then believe in if they do not believe in me, the eternal one? It is impossible to live without believing. He who does not believe in God, the true God, will necessarily believe in other gods. He who believes in no God will believe in idols, he will believe in the flesh, he will believe in money, he will have faith in the power of weapons. In short, one cannot not believe in anything."[4]
- Catechesis of November 12, 1943: "Even if he is deficient, feeble-minded, the father strives to open the mind of his child. Even if he is an uncontrollable capricious person, he tries to change his Heart by a thousand tricks. And you? Why do you not have fatherly instincts towards your spiritual children? They are atheists? It doesn't matter. They are lustful? It doesn't matter. They are cesspools of vices? It doesn't matter. Pray and dare. Today, tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow again, and always, always, without tiring yourself. Sometimes, it is enough to look at a Soul with a gaze of true love to win it. Often souls are not bad as you believe. They are disgusted, they are ill, they are ashamed."[5]
- Catechesis of November 28, 1943: Commentary on the visit of the kings mages: "But God does not manifest himself to the evil powerful and atheistic scholars to cover them with Blessings and Blessed Objects, but to ‘those who make a gift of power and science a means of supernatural elevation, and not of abuse of power and denial."
- Catechesis of December 19, 1943: "If the authorities of the power ruling you had to face, throughout the Christian world, an infinite number of family authorities firmly adhering to respect for God and the teaching of God and things of God, they would limit themselves in their excesses which not only profane the younger generations, but prepare the Earth for increasingly terrible days, since young corrupt and atheists can only be born from delinquents."
- Catechesis of January 8, 1944: Jesus says: "Among the many things that the current world denies, swollen with Pride and unbelief as it is, there is the power and Presence of the Demon. Logically, Atheism which denies God also denies Lucifer, this creature of God rebellious Against him, the adversary of God, the Tempter, the Envious, the Evil One, the Tireless, the Simulator of God."[6]
Book of Azarias
- 4th Sunday of Lent: "Those who have left empty spaces in their mind, in their intelligence, those who believe themselves complete because they are full of formulas, prejudices, Prides, rationalisms, sectarianisms and so on... without knowing that all this is but smoke, a cloud that immediately gives way to the whirlwind which scatters these vain human Doctrines to replace them with formulas, axioms, a Pride and Doctrines even more deadly, truly Satanic. Indeed, it is Satan who works where there are places without God."[7]
