Discernment

    From Wiki Maria Valtorta

Discernment consists of seeking the Good that best corresponds to a particular situation. Discernment is all the keener as the Soul is united to God.

In "The Gospel as It Was Revealed to Me"

    • The Discernment of Souls.[1]
    • You will see more clearly the more you climb the path of perfection which is arduous and painful.[2]
    • You learn more through Judas of Kerioth than through any other person. He, with his faults, shows you man as he is; I show you man as he should be. Two equally necessary examples.[3]
    • One must know how to apply orders with justice and Discernment, understanding the Spirit of the order, not only the letters composing the order.[4]
    • When a faithful one comes to weep at your feet about the troubles arising from their own acts or those of others, you must always keep in your mind these seven questions as a whole: Who… – What… – Where… – How… – With what and with whom… – Why… – When… => The entire chapter deals with the Discernment of Souls.[5]
