Little Ones, Last Ones

Jesus says to let the little children come to Him - James Tissot, Brooklyn Museum.

God does not despise the little ones, but bends over them as a priority, because the great of this world already have their comfort.

• (Speaking of Jesus) He says precisely that He came to announce the Good News of the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of Peace, to the poor, to the humble, to the little ones before speaking to the great ones.
• Jesus can do nothing to deliver the peasants, except to bless the fields of Doras.
• I thank You, O Father, Lord of Heaven and of the Earth, for having Hidden these things from the wise and the learned and revealing them to the little ones.
• Who knows You? Poor people, peasants, fishermen, sinners, and Women! The fingers of one hand are enough to count, among those who know You, those who are not worthless nullities.
