Serpent(s), Cunning

From Wiki Maria Valtorta

I urge you to watch so that what happened in the Eden does not happen again: that the serpent of lying, of Slander, of sin, does not creep in to bite your Heart by separating you from God.[1]

“The serpent beguiled me,” says Eve (Genesis 3:13). Illustration from the Sunrays quarterly.

In "The Gospel as It Was Revealed to Me"

  • Behold, I send you as sheep among the Wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and innocent as Doves. For you know how the world, […] even acts with Me who am the Christ. I can defend Myself by My power […] But you do not have this power, and you need greater wisdom and innocence.[2] and [3]
  • I urge you to watch so that what happened in Eden does not happen again: that the serpent of lying, of Slander, of sin, does not creep in to bite your Heart by separating you from God.[4]
  • Be cunning as serpents as well as innocent as doves. In Capernaum to illustrate the unconsciousness that leads to grave sin, like Samuel of Nazareth, and as a prophecy about Judas.[5] and [6]
  • You and your successors should know that with Satan full of cunning and his faithful servants, you must have double cunning. That is why I told you: "Be cunning as serpents."[7]
