Path, way
Jesus said: "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through me."[1]

- Know how to unite and walk toward the promised Kingdom. The way: it is the commandments, fulfilled not out of fear of punishment, but out of love for You, Father Holy.[2]
- "I am the way…" First announcement of Jesus (later revisited in[3]) to Gamaliel whom he meets again 19 years after the discourse he held at age 12, during his coming of age examination before the Doctors of the Temple.[4]
- The way of God and the way of Satan: "God also tempts us".[5]
- The different ways of faith: Simon of Jonas said that faith and humility are needed to recognize him. Simon the Zealot (Apostle) said that Faith and Hope are the means to have the Son of God. James, brother of the Lord, speaks of the power of the Force to keep what one has found. Andrew the Apostle shows the entire necessity of joining Faith with a holy Thirst for Justice. Matthew, formerly a sinner, points out another way to reach God: to strip oneself of the senses by the spirit of imitation. I, (James of Zebedee the Apostle) as for me, therefore tell you: "Be chaste in order to recognize him.[6]
- The Kingdom of the King of kings will come. It is not reached by a flowery and triumphant road, nor on a crimson carpet of enemy blood, but by the hard path of sacrifice and by the gentle ladder of forgiveness and love. It is the victories over ourselves that will give us this Kingdom.[7]
- "I am the Way, the Truth, the Life. You have heard me say and explain it several times, and, in truth, some who did not even know that a God exists have advanced on the way, on my way, and are already ahead of you.[8]

The Way, the path is the means to access God
- Blessed is the man who does not take the side of the wicked, does not stop on the path of the sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers, but delights in the law of Adonai and meditates on his law day and night![9]
- May God shine his face among us, so that on the earth people may know your way, and among all the nations, your salvation.[10]
- "Enter by the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter by it. How narrow is the gate and restricted the way that leads to life, and few are those who find it!"[11]
The Way is the first name of the Church
- Saul, still breathing threats and murders Against the Disciples of the Lord, went to ask the High Priest for letters to the synagogues of Damascus. If he found any adherents of the Way there, men or women, he would bring them, chained, to Jerusalem.[12]
- Paul went to the synagogue and for three months spoke boldly about the Kingdom of God, trying to convince his listeners. As some became stubborn and instead of being convinced, slandered the Way openly, Paul broke with them and, taking the disciples aside, spoke daily to them in the school of Tyrannus.[13]
The Way (the Path) is Christ Himself
- Thomas said to him: "Lord, we do not even know where you are going, how can we know the way?" Jesus said to him: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me".[14]
